Doesnt know how to talk to people...I was trying to be helpful after not having AC for 4 days and he said his distributor wouldnt cover it as a warranty and when I found the part he basically didnt want to deal with it b/c he couldnt mark up the part...all I wanted was my AC turned on...maybe someone should have taught him now to be polite to the customer in business 101 instead of being arrogant like we were a waste of his time!
