Very sad service. I stoodd over the technician for over a minute while he texted his girlfriend. Unaware I stood over I asked him what he was doing and he tried to lie and say it was a business call. I called him on it and he got defensive and threatened to call his boss which he said go ahead. Well bud instead of calling your boss the power of writing a review online is more powerful.
