Joy Rayburn My Mother was very disappointed in the service she received from Dr. Miller-Frost. The office visit was unpleasant from start to finish. The doctor was very stand-offish and impersonal. She was a new patient who has been seeing an internal med doctor to manage her thyroid problems for approximately 30 years and when she finally decided to try an endocrinologist, she took very little time with her and her case. Excellent doctor I'm not sure who doesn't take these anonymous posts with a grain of salt, but I found Dr. Miller-Frost very knowledgeable, punctual and friendly. I was see in a timely manner and the office staff was were friendly. If you need an endocrinologist, I must recommend this office.
Horrible! I went to her with a problem that had already been diagnosed by my general doctor, but needed treatment by an endocrinologist. Her course of treatment caused me MORE problems than I had from the original circumstance that sent me there.
No way No way would I ever use Dr. Miller again. Her office staff was extremely unprofessional and uncaring. They lost labwork and lied about it. They never called me with results that required treatment. Luckily I followed up with them. She also placed me on meds that I found out later that I never needed in the first place- and I was pregnant at the time. I would drive many miles before I would use her.
