It's relaxed, clean environment ,with something for everyone. The trainer's are state certified and have knowlage on how to properly assess an INDIVIDUAL'S diet and fitness needs. They have various state of the art equipment, including your hardcore powerlifting Accessories. I would highly recommend this gym to ANYONE.

Marshall Fitness is a very clean gym and a great place to workout, they have all the machines, free weights and equipment you'll need to meet your fitness goals. I train with Shem, he's very knowledgeable and motivating. Marshall Fitness and Kelly have created a friendly environment that makes me WANT to head to the gym!
