These people are insane. They tried to charge me 1900 for 6 months. They pulled up my ex’s driving history from an old policy and tried to use that to artificially inflate my rate as well as going back to 2019 and we’re in 2025 that’s more than 5 years. They also tried to get me to provide proof of address… ummm nope! Sorry the SAME COMPANY gave me a much lower direct quote a few months ago and didn’t request proof of address. Miller Insurance is the best. They have been my agents for 30 years and have always had our best interest in mind, whether it be finding the best coverage or the best company. You cannot find a better company to take care of all your insurance needs.

This company will not look out for you. During the last wind storm, a family member’s home got damaged. Roof, siding, porch. Went to her insurance company, Miller FAMILY Insurance, and she was treated with nothing but disrespect. The agent offered an insulting amount of money without getting any quotes for repairs. Told the insured she wasn’t a bank and to take a trip to the Bahamas with the money- she didn’t care. This company boasts about serving the military - lies.
