They lack communication skills with their customers and the lack of knowledge on how to handle a warranty. We had our refrigerator lights go out several months ago and at that time it was under warranty. For 2 1/2 months we never could get an answer from Miller on what was going to be done about the problem.The Appliance tech that showed up at my house told us that Whirlpool doesn't stand behind their warranty. We had our fridge die, they had what I needed in stock and the girls helped loaded my new fridge and freezer! A special shout out to Angie she a great help, I say it is better to shop local, you won't have to drive 100 miles to get what you need. I bought my washer and dryer from the same place when we first moved to town. . GREAT SERVICE! I highly recommend and will be shopping with Miller Family Appliance.again!

I do shop local whenever I can, unfortunately a lot of what I need is just not available in Craig, which forces me to go elsewhere. Miller Family Appliance is the reason why I DO shop local, not only did they give us a great deal on a new refrigerator (ours stopped working and we have been living out of coolers for three days) and deliver it the same day, they had sympathy for our plight, which is not something you find everyday in this town.
