very bad service i would not recommend this company to anyone.
Very bad service
Absolutely terrible experience. I called ahead to make sure the trencher I wanted was in stock, and I was clearly told that it was available. Based on that information, I paid for a two-day rental and drove more than 2 hours to pick it up. When I arrived, the trencher I had rented was not there. Instead, they brought out a completely different machine. I specifically asked beforehand whether the original trencher was available, and they repeatedly said yes. Randy certainly lives up to his previous reviews. He was quick to come out, brought the right equipment and was very effecient. PS. Dont try to auger in NC clay any deeper than 12" unless you bring the big guns.
