They required a deposit before job, way more than the actual job. That was ok. Job was done on time. It has been several weeks since they got my money. Still have no refund. I have called several times. The workers do good. The management is questionable.
Not a very pleasant experience with this company. They came out and cleaned something up for us in PA and took a $5000 deposit on my credit card, I was told within a week an invoice would be generated and the difference would be funded back to my card. Its been 3 weeks and I have no invoice, no update on when it will be made and the person I am in contact with Jason is horrible with communication. If you need a cleanup look for a different company these guys do not care!
