The staff members are all very friendly and also very knowledgeable. The company has amazing customer service! The prices are better or, at the very least, comparable to other companies, but the customer service is hard to beat! They back all of their work, and they come out as soon as you call if there's ever a problem, whether it is mechanical or user error. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied!
Have had a Miller door for 15 years,very dependable, and great service.
I haven't had anything installed, but I have had dealings with Josh Hendrix and his family. Years ago they allowed us to use their warehouse to assemble a float for the Christmas parade that year. In my opinion that was going beyond good business. A business that extends that kind of help, without asking anything in return, is a quality you will never find often. This business and the people are 100% great!!!
Miller Door always goes above and beyond. We have never had an issue with any door they have installed. I bought a home with a garage door already in place that had alignment issues and they fixed it beautifully... it wasn't their door but they were great to work with. The office staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Many times she can give helpful hints over the phone to figure out quick fixes of something I've done... pushed a wrong button etc. I will always use Miller Door.
We had Miller Door install our garage door many years ago and they did an outstanding job! Their remarkable service, at the time of installation also carried on in later years when we needed batteries and parts. I highly recommend them to anyone!!
