We had two garage doors installed by Miller Door Inc. in 2007. Today, while working in the garage the spring broke on our garage door and we were not able to get the door to go back down. We called Miller door and 2 technicians were at our house within a couple of hours. They had the door repaired and running smoothly in about an hour. Thank you so much for the fast and efficient service.
I just wanted to send out Kuddos to Miller Door in Vienna. My garage door opener hardware broke and I called them to see what I needed to do. They were very helpful, had the parts and even assisted me on the installation by phone and through adjustments. Thanks to Bill and Janet Hendrix Broadwater. I would highly recommend them for any of your garage door needs.
I have never had an issue with needing garage door repair until 9:30PM last night. The spring busted and we had very little time to work with. Miller Door returned my message at 8:05 AM (opened at 8!) and had the door fixed before I got home from work at 3:45. That is a great customer oriented service.
