Our home was built by Miller Construction and was completed February 2016. This was the first home we have had built, so we have limited perspective. However, there were some issues that we felt were major and warranted a review. Some of the main issues were as follows: The home was not (and still isn't) insulated completely, the roof had 6 leaks that were only repaired correctly after we hired our own inspector who identified incorrectly installed flashing, they were using roofing paper as our wood floor underlayment- it wa... read more
