To begin with, our experience with Miller & Co has unfortunately been marked by miscommunication and a lack of professionalism from the very start. My wife initially reached out while searching for a rental property. Miller and company has been amazing to rent from. Their online portal is very user friendly which makes maintenance requests and paying rent very easy. They are incredible at fulfilling maintenance requests as well. We had our heater go out earlier this winter, and they had someone here fixing it within a couple hours of our request.
I’ve been renting from Miller & Co for almost a year and I’m very happy to be renting from them. No surprise fees with rent or move in. No monthly packages I can’t opt out of. Their office and maintenance teams are friendly and responsive with an easy to use online portal to pay rent and make maintenance requests.
