I have used multiple property management companies before, but this one is by far the worst when it comes to taking care of their tenants... We reached out OVER a month ago letting them know that the freezer was not freezing anything and that the dishwasher wasn't working... We lost EVERYTHING that was in the freezer from it going bad and we have had to do dishes by hand for several months now... We noticed the water heater pilot light keeps going out to top it off! I don't do many reviews but miller & company goes above and beyond to take care of thier clients on both sides the owners and the renters. I have been at this residence over 15 years and all of our issues have been taken care of in a timely manner and all have been resolved. I would recommend this company to anybody in need of a property management company. Maintenance staff Rocks thank you Chris B.

Miller and Company has truly made a difference in managing property for me. Dana and Chris take care of my property as if it was their own. Also they are very responsive to the tenants. That really makes a difference in keeping turnover very low. I highly recommend Miller and Company.

I cannot stress enough, how awful my experience was with this company. When I was first looking into moving, they gave me a code to a lockbox so I could look at a unit. I looked through the unit by myself and everything looked fine. The day I move in, I try to adjust the a/c through the thermostat on my wall, but it didn't work and the apartment was 82 degrees so I called the maintenance person for help. Obviously poorly managed. Scheduled a time to look at a unit and was told to call for the code to unlock. I arrived at the stated time AND THEY HAD ALREADY GONE HOME. They didn't answer until the next day, no apologies and then provided me the wrong code. Told me the same day that it had already been leased but offered a unit twice the rent of the unit I was looking at. Don't bother with them.
