I'd give them 0 if I could. It was the worst customer service ever. I was asked to turn in my keys by the landlord on July 24th and then the company refused to acknowledge that I moved out that day because "it's a holiday and we had the day off". They then proceeded to refuse to give me the money that was promised to me for leaving my unit over 3 months early to accomodate them.
