This hospital saved our nephew from one of the most aggressive viral meningitis infections they have ever seen last night. He had 2 emergency surgeries ...the surgeons did an excellent job and the staff is continuing to to be 100% supportive. They are assisting the family with Rhonald McDonald House application as he will be hospitalized for a long term stay. We thank god he woke up this morning!!! This hospital does not have good specialty doctors that have any good or advanced experience. Their technology is not advanced as most hospitals. The doctors will try to intimidate and bully parents because they don't know the answer and intimidate your child. They misdiagnosed my niece and created a worse medical problem. If you use this hospital have a lawyer ready.
This hospital is negligent and misdiagnose. Patient rights are ignored. They are not cautious with medication allergies. Investigate with the state of CA prior to coming to this facility. The worst mistake we ever made coming here.
This facility should be evaluated by the state for all the errors and damages they have caused to children and families. The preventable errors do out weigh any good. Doctors need to take responsibility for their errors as well as nurses instead of making excuses or trying to blame others. Do your homework before coming here.
The staff here are smiling caring and very helpful. They turned a worrisome experience into a stress free one.
