This company flat out sucks. Jessica and Andrea - DO BETTER They are are practically unresponsive to any requests through their portal, prior to me moving into one of their units I had a few questions that I submitted through their portal and kept following up for TWO WEEKS!!..and got subpar response that answered none of my questions. I cannot stress enough that I do not recommend anyone renting any apartment that’s run by Andrea Miller. They are unresponsive to any issue through phone call, text and emails. Miller tells you to make a portal request (that also goes ignored). They ended up blocking my number when I simply asked for my parking remote deposit back. It has been over a month since the end of my lease, and they never returned my money. Only after I posted this review, Miller stated the parking remote was broken, which is a complete lie. live here if you want to die. management hasn't responded to mold all over, ac has been broken the entire summer, showers have been broken for months. our cats throw up and our sick to death from the heat. absolutely no response from management about anything. this company shouldn't exist this cant even be legal.
Been over a week hazardous mold issue still not fixed and Andrea Miller isn't paying her employees Update: Months have gone by and STILL no fix on the mold. This put a tenant in the hospital. On top of this, they have refused to fix our AC for the past two weeks and we have been living in an 85 degree apartment.
