I cannot stress enough that I do not recommend anyone renting any apartment that’s run by Andrea Miller. They are unresponsive to any issue through phone call, text and emails. Miller tells you to make a portal request (that also goes ignored). They ended up blocking my number when I simply asked for my parking remote deposit back. live here if you want to die. management hasn't responded to mold all over, ac has been broken the entire summer, showers have been broken for months. our cats throw up and our sick to death from the heat. absolutely no response from management about anything. this company shouldn't exist this cant even be legal.
Been over a week hazardous mold issue still not fixed and Andrea Miller isn't paying her employees Update: Months have gone by and STILL no fix on the mold. This put a tenant in the hospital. THIS WAS THE WORST RENTING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I would NEVER rent from this company ever again and would NEVER recommend any person to do business with these people ever. EXTREMELY RUDE, Andrea Miller said my apartment issues are "not interesting to me plus, I'm too busy for that." They simply do not care about me as a rentee.
