Dr Gabr did not inform his patients that he was retiring. I called his office about 5 months ago to explain my CPAP machine was broken. I was told by staff that they'd send a new RX to the DME equipment provider (Norco) and that there was a 6 month wait for new equipment. I called today to check on status only to find out Norco never recieved the new Rx for me from Dr. Gabr and that he is no longer in business! UNBELIEVABLE!
Been a patient for over 10 years. First sleep study they had no heat in the room so the sleep study was cut short.. As of current I was set for another sleep study except it was going to be a take home kit. They called me on Monday and said the kit was ready for pickup. The following day they called and said the business was shutting down. Last month I got a bill and it states to call if I have questions about bill.. ummm ofcourse I do.. My husband got billed for a service that was never provided. Staff is unprofessional and not willing to listen to their patients needs. I had to select one star in order to post this note; otherwise it would be a 0.
I had a sleep study along with a nap study back in 2014. Mind you medical marijuana was legalized then. I have chronic fractures in my spine and had my card instead of taking opioids. I was never told anything about prep for my study how was I supposed to know to obtain from my medicine? Everything came back normal he said. This is the rudest least caring doctor I’ve ever seen. His staff does all the work and he collects all the fees. He sabotaged my ability to get reimbursed by Medicare. Avoid him at all costs.
