Only 5 months in the home, and carpet seams are showing. Carpet is loose, and large spaces exist between the carpet and baseboards. A lot of carpet strands are coming up in the vacuum cleaner. The builder sent Miller Brothers Floors out to address the problems 3 weeks after my first complaint. The builder gave me some excuse of the flooring guys being “overbooked on repairs”. Incompetent, unorganized – Initially, a fair bid price coupled with a well presented service strategy and company organization, seemed to be a satisfactory choice. However, that opinion has changed. We have experienced a range of problems with this vendor. When jobs actually did show up on the scheduled date, they were not on time. On occasion, it has taken 4 days or more to complete a 2 day job. Scheduling errors within their ordering process derailed our objectives multiple times.
