When the service department opened on Monday, I was second In line. I waited for the car. I watched several other people receive their cars and after 2 1/2 hours, I went and asked where mine was. It was then finally brought to me. Also, the receipt showed that a “complete complementary vehicle inspection” was performed. However, I received no information on this.
Malcolm was very courteous and helpful. He contacted me daily for updates.
