Louis and his team recently relocated two utility poles on our property in advance of a bridge replacement. Louis did an outstanding job of keeping us updated on the progress as well as scheduled power outages. We were particularly impressed with how they took great care of our property which is something I can’t say for Verizon the last time they did work. But Louis and his crew were courteous, professional and careful. Great work and thank you!
I was driving behind a red Miller Bros. truck on I‑495 North today. License Plate: ZZC 6023 Truck Number: 508 USDOT: 1371086 The driver had not cleared the ice from the top of the truck. A huge sheet of ice flew several feet into the air and came crashing down directly into my lane. I had to brake hard and swerve to avoid being hit. They did some work on the power lines in my neighborhood and they tore up my yard, which was fine because it was part of their job, but then they left it tore up for several weeks after, even once the work was completed. On another occasion, they blocked both sides of the road so that one driver could talk to the guy working, and there was already trucks parked. They stayed there for several minutes as 3 cars were waiting for them to move. Because of that I was late to work. Very inconsiderate of the neighbors.
