This is an amazing facility, which seems to be newly remodeled. I was met by Laural and another young lady at the front desk with a smile. Mr. Miller's dental assistant was prompt to invite me back for my appointment. It was very clean. There was no debris on the carpets, and the rooms were clean. The music was appropriate for the environment. There is disabled parking, although I did not see if there was any automated door access. The whole team at Ferndale Dental are friendly and upbeat, professional and thoughtful. Their experience, incredible technology and collaborative approach, has exceeded my (VERY high) expectations every time. Extraordinarily pleasant experience as well.
If I lived here, I'd make them my dentist! I was visiting my parents when my temporary crown came off. I called Ferndale Dental and Riley was polite and helpful. She was able to get me in the same day. The new office is modern, clean and professional. When I arrived, the wait was minimal. Courtney (?) was able to put my crown back on with ease. Dr. Brandon came in to say "Hi" and was friendly and professional. I recommend Ferndale Dental to anyone needing a local dentist
I’ve been a patient of Dr.Miller’s for over ten years now, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental health. From the front desk to the dental assistants, hygienists, and Dr.Miller Ferndale Dental has an atmosphere of professionalism while maintaining a level of comfort at chair side. I value his thorough approach as he’s always willing to go into detail with any questions I have. Dr.Miller is always fair and compassionate. Looking forward to seeing the new location!
