Absolutely pathetic. Have been frequenting the store for the past 12 years I've been in business locally. Now they've closed the showroom and have nobody there to spec a bearing. They sent me to Bob dean. Don't waste your time with this location or this company, you might as well just do what the rest of the world is doing and support China by going online. We wonder why businesses are going under.
