Salesman Scott very friendly and knowledgable (in fact, everyone was), the vehicle is spectacular, and Honda's used car experience is overall excellent. The dealership is very clean and open. Everything was really easy, from the test drive to the trade-in and signing documents. The only negatives were add-ons that were already installed and not included in the price advertised (Zurich shield and theft protection), and over an hour waiting time for finance department (one person working).
