I would like to share that we took our Tahoe to your facility. Within 30,000 miles, the brake pads that you replaced were bad. You have a one year warranty and we came in at two years. Keep in mind that Advanced Auto warranties their parts for two years. I find it frustrating that you do not even warranty your parts. We would have paid for the labor but to have brake pads on the rear tire to go bad after only 30,000 miles and local non-egressive driving tells me you are using junk parts. I have a 1970 Dodge Challenger and they always know how to fix what needs to be done. Not like other places I've taken it to. I am very pleased with there work.
Honest, thorough, and quality, every step of the way.
Even though we did not end up using them to fix our car, their customer service was beyond fantastic. The repairs were more than our car was worth, so they looked for better solutions for us. In the end, not much could be done for the long term. However, they were kind, considerate, and made sure that we had options. Not many mechanics would treat people this way. Fantastic experience!
Nice people, reasonable price. Only complaint is my vehicle was there all day & I noticed out window it wasn’t moved. I called & they got it in right away and I only waited about 10 min. Wasn’t bad.
Went in to have my seriously squeaking breaks looked at twice. Neither Time could they figure it out. Suggested having the brake pads replaced. One year later, brakes are seriously squeaking again. Go to Midas and find out the brakes have been installed incorrectly and with poor quality brakes causing caliper damage and worse squeaking brakes. Buyer beware!
