I'm writing about my time at their properties and this is my honest experience there. I've stayed there since 2018. My family have been looking for a place to move to. They give me h3ll! I only write negative honest review cause of my frustration! I rent to them for 8 months and left a 30 day notice and they manage to charge me 400$ lease break! Even though I clean up the place and made it look nice! They come in and out whenever they please! Never fix anything! Thank God I have lawyer to report the lease breakout as scam! Good value for the price, I mean you can't expect the red carpet unless you pay for it, lol. Over all they we're friendly, didn't hassle or bother me, the property was well maintained so I had no issues, the only reason I moved was a personal safety issue but had nothing to do with them. Not sure why they got so many negative reviews, just a typical business & not to bad honestly.
They’re terrible! Beware pest! Creepy maintenance men come in and out! Rude service and lies to try to cover it up. They claim this and that happen. It never did! Please gather evidence and record conversation of them lying! If they give u issues! Slumlords like the rest of the review!!
