I would definitely recommend Miller Appraisal to anyone needing a residential appraisal in Fairfield County. Fred Miller was professional, responsive, and provided a high-quality report. The final appraisal report was well-written, detailed, and easy to understand. It seemed accurate and reflected the current market value of my property. I particularly appreciated the inclusion of insightful information that helped me understand the reasoning behind the valuation.
I definitely recommend working with everybody at Miller appraisal. Tony was a great communicator, and the report was well written. Room for a little improvement, but overall it was a great process.
Nice Person, Not up to date with Current Real Estate Market Values, used rather silly adjustments to come up with his pre conceived appraisal values. Be careful.
Do not use Fred Miller from Miller Appraisals if you want to value your home with current market conditions. He used comps that are 11 months old in a market that has risen dramatically in the last year. There were 8 comps I found that better reflected my neighborhood, my home and current market conditions. Furthermore, he said I had not made updates in 15 years when I have replaced my kitchen and the kitchen in my apartment.
