We hadn't gone here in 2 years because money was tight and they DO NOT offer any type of payment plans. But I called because my daughter had a chipped tooth and I was told they closed our account and we were no longer allowed to see these doctors. My daughter's, who have only known this office, are never allowed back. This is terrible business and they should be ashamed for only caring about the money instead of the children they claim to care so much about.
I made an honest mistake and missed an appointment for my daughter and was told that going forward I could only schedule same day appointments for her. My son had an appointment at the office today so I tried to call and schedule my daughter. I was told that his appointment had been cancelled because I missed my daughter's- they never notified me it had been cancelled. This happened ONCE. Scheduling mishaps happen, this policy is unreasonable.
