Terrible staff
Dr Graves is awesome!!! Staff is great environment is really relaxing.
I like the dentists but not the billing girl. She got all my info wrong ....sent it wrong to my insurance. And even added a cost for a filling never received. I can't seem to explain to her the reasons my bill wasn't paid. Its not my fault,I don't have to pay for services not even received. I just don't get it:(...I mailed copies of info to her. Maybe she can understand I hope. I'd really like this cleared up.
I have always been scared of the dentist since I had a bad experience. But Miller's and Associates I love you and your a blessing you will always have my business.
Great service, great staff. Best dentist I've been to in over 20 years. Will be going there for good and will recommend it 100% to everyone. Thank you sooooo much!
