Alex and the other young man worked effectively, very courteous. They left things for the most part very clean. I just had to sweep and dust lightly. Thank you so much
I called Miller AC & Heating on Friday when our AC quit working. The operator told me that Alex, their on call technician would call me. Within 10 minutes he had sent me a text message wanting to know what the problem was. He then went on texting asking questions and telling me what I needed to do to hopefully solve our problem. By him talking me through what he thought needed to be done we were able to alleviate the problem and return our AC working. I could not have asked for a more professional response.
