What a train wreck! From day 1 my siding job was filled with incompetence, lies and **. I was quoted an 8 day job. Siding took 30-32 days The wrong product going up in the wrong place. Workers storing mattresses on my property while trying to sell them on craigslist. Incomplete work. Cigarette butts littered on my property. Pergola shelf burnt from cigarette butts. Destroyed plants 12 feet from the house. Half ***'ed quality of labor. Zero project management skills, let alone their presence on site. Horrendous communication.... read more

Jason I agree that there were some delays in installing your siding project. However, to be fair and accurate you also contributed to the delays. In our CRM we have time stamped 8 different days you canceled install punch list items either the day before or the day of including no-showing our installers 3 separate times. Last year Colorado experienced the largest hail storm catastrophe in Colorado history which caused the entire industry delays in being able to provide supplies to all companies including Millennium. As with some construction projects sometimes you don't know what you are getting into until you start it.
