I'm so upset and very disappointed in how my complaint has been handle by Leticia and Diana. I've been a client since 2001 and never had an issue until 3 years ago. They would make me an appointment to change the filters and the technician never shows up or do a courtesy call that they are not coming in. I would have to call the office to reschedule my appointment. This year, in October I made an appointment 4 times and the 4 times the technician never show up or call. This company keeps changing name and location. Check the BBB site to see for yourself and see the F rating they got under one name. I do not trust them because I used to work for them and found out how they do things. Find a different company like Ecowater or Rainsoft. Equipment could cost you $6000 to 8000!.
