Excellent service, from time I walked in til I left. The receptionist was extremely friendly, and the nurse was very kind. The doctor was wonderful. Highly recommend.
I am only reviewing first impressions. The lady at the desk has the personality of an old worn rug. No smile, voice barely audible and definitely not welcoming. However I would give Melissa , the PA ten stars. She is everything that you would expect from a good doctor. She listens, she helps you to find a solution to the problems and she acts quickly with referrals.
If I could give this clinic zero stars, I absolutely would. From the very first visit, my experience at this clinic has been extremely negative. The front desk staff have a terrible attitude, show no empathy, and lack basic professionalism. The nurse practitioner who attends to me, Michelle, has not provided a solution to any of the health issues I’ve presented. None of my concerns have been resolved with her.
