I took the Business Office Essentials II class with Ms C (Ms. Hannah Clemendore) and it was the best experience ever. Ms C was so patient and really took her time to ensure that you understood and that the information was being retained. She is a huge asset at this institute and the students are so lucky to have her. She made the whole experience worth while. This program is a joke and scam. Unfortunately I had to give a star in order for me to post. Signing on with David Mercure to the medical assistant program there were many unfulfilled promises. Before joining this program I had done my research and emailed the school to find out more information. One important factor I needed information for was if this program would help if I chose to work in pediatrics. Of course the answer was yes. I came to this PSI testing location because the other three closer to me had bad reviews. It was an hour away from me but worth it. The facility is clean and quiet. The proctor frank, an older Asian man, was great patient encouraging and supportive. The best vibes for a good testing atmosphere. Test here if you’re looking for a good place to take an exam and somebody give frank a raise.

Gentleman was very nice and accommodating, as I am handicapped and use a rollator walker to walk. I went there to take an online computer test.
