Good center! I really like how I was greeted by Melissa and shown to the waiting area. Other service centers that I have visited weren’t as friendly. However, my only complaint is that their waiting room is super noisy. You’ve got the noise from the showroom adjacent to waiting area with no wall/barrier, the customers on their phones, the staff speaking in the hallways, and the loud music playing overhead. I am extremely disappointed with this Toyota after-sales service. Yesterday, my tire got a nail and I brought it in for repair. They said the nail wasn't leaking air. After I got home, the right rear tire warning light came on again. Upon inspection, it was the same nail in the same spot. I then realized they hadn't done any repairs and had moved it from the right front tire to the right rear tire. When I asked why they did this, they just kept replying, "Okay, we'll fix it for you."
