Please do not use Millennium Title. They are thé worst in communication , reliability and definitely professionalism.. please , please stay away from this company.. century Home please drop them from your trusted title company list ... only reason I have the bad experience is because we bought beautiful home from Century home and they send the papers to this company

Our settlement agent was very nice and thorough! Best part of home loan process! Millennium Title was extremely flexible with our lender and is the reason we were able to close on time.

DO NOT CLOSE with this title company. They did not notice the house I bought was incorrectly identified on HCAD. The number of bedroom, total rooms, and fireplace all WRONG and the appraisal at the county is $110k higher than the price of the home. I am stuck paying an additional $400/month because the final date to contest taxes was the day I closed. Note this was caused by the builder Coventry but Millennium should have caught this as well as my mortgage company. Additionally, they changed the closing disclosure last minut... read more
