This business provided a home inspection service for a property we planned to purchase. The fee for inspecting and detailing their notes was about $600. Their inspection notes were pretty good but their repair service was not so great. The cost for pest portion was around $4000 +/- which seemed high for what they did. There was an add'l fee for work that was for material and labor fixes, but I dont remember that total cost. Danny completed the Home Inspection. I've purchased quite a few homes in my lifetime and I have never had an inspector with the level of knowledge as Danny! I learned about many things that were good, but also feel equipped to remediate things that require some attention. Thanks Danny! The pest inspection was good but short because there were no issues. Which is great!
