My daughter had procedure here today. They called the day before to explain everything and give us a time for arrival. Check-in was easy and so was paperwork. Front receptionist was very nice and explained everything. During and after procedure, nurses were very caring, making her feel comfortable throughout, and extremely professional. Explained all post op procedures. 10 out of 10 in every aspect today.
Listen this place is the best in an uncomfortable situation. They have the best empathy, professionalism, and compassion for their patients. The entire staff is epic thank you so much
Professional service and comfortable surgical center, nurses, receptionist as well as all aspects of this surgery center were fantastic
Amazing staff, incredibly hospitable and caring nurses. Thanks for being so kind. The center overall is also very efficient and well organized. I’d note that getting a phone call on timing before procedures is normal protocol in most facilities.
