I was seen yesterday for a procedure. All members of the staff were very polite and professional. I want to give a special "shout out" to: Jordan, Anne, Nicole, Angie, Ralph, Randy and Chelsea for taking GREAT care of me. Thank you all!!
Staff is great, very professional, caring & helpful. Nobody laughed at my jokes tho. 😅😅
While the staff were decent not very happy with being left with an 8k bill after insurance and co pay of 400$ . Purpose of a surgical center is to avoid the high cost of out patient surgery with a hospital. At least with a hospital you can apply for charity care to help offset some of the cost here though there is no option
Millennium Surgical Center was very professional and welcoming during my two procedures. Chelsea was my intake nurse and was very comforting and sweet. I feel I am in good hands while at this Surgical Center.
