For renters, and for any commercial real estate investment firm evaluating 2929 Pennsylvania Avenue: I gave this property far more patience than it deserved. Look at the water-damage photos. Walk the property after any meaningful rain, see the many sandbag-like devices deployed outside units, and ask how deep the underlying damage goes.
