I have been living here for 4 years now. I must say that from the beginning since I started living here , the leasing team has always addressed me with a condescending and dismissive tone. The building is big, so I convinced myself that I wouldn’t need to interact with them much anyway and decided not to Let this bother me within my stay and figured I stay invisible as possible. He handled everything very quickly and made the process smooth and easy. Jayden was professional, respectful, and extremely helpful throughout. I was greeted at the front desk by Cassandra, who was absolutely wonderful, kindhearted, professional, and great at her job. She gave me a tour and went above and beyond. The property is beautiful, modern, and has a very welcoming atmosphere, which made the whole experience even better.
I just move to LA this is one of the buildings I’ve toured and eventually moved into. Jayden, the assistant manager, took me on the tour. He is extremely helpful and answered all questions I had patiently, he made sure that the application process and move in was seamless, all my parcels are kept properly in the mailroom or delivered to my doorstep.
