I called Millenium for some home repairs I needed done on my 100+ year old south city house. They came highly recommended by several neighbors. On the one hand, they were super helpful in diagnosing issues and got an engineer to come out and look at it when i couldn't even get one to answer the phone. On the other hand, they ghosted me without ever bidding! I get they can't take on every project, and maybe mine ended up being more than they bargained for, but a polite "we are no longer interested" email would go a long way!

Very rude and disrespectful to others. When the boss is not around they will cuss you out. They so many breaks and hardly work. They milk the cow so to say

I brought them in to repair a leak in my shower and some other basic repairs/updates. They said it would be a month, it took six and here we are a year later and my shower is leaking…again! So the main job I needed they didn’t even complete! They repeatedly didn’t show up worked for 15-45 minutes when they did. Let my indoor pets outside by leaving, not telling me (even though I was at the house) and leaving my door wide open and we had to clean up drywall dust for a month after they were “finished”. Don't do it! This company's work has deteriorated since they did my main floor remodel in 2019. When asked about multiple punch-list items I was put off and continually delayed. Once I contracted for more work, they agreed to the punch-list as well, but never completed it. Resulting in the need to completely replace a water damaged bathroom vanity and leaving drywall-tape exposed on living room ceiling for all to see.
