Millennium has run my houses for 3 years now and does an honest job with collections, repairs, and dealing with the cities. They pay me on time and provide detailed statements each month. When I ask about a particular tenant’s situation, they usually know immediately and provide an update. When I retired I also tried another local management company who I was unhappy with and fired after a year. I don’t miss having to deal with tenants! Millennium is the way to go.
