Viewed a property and fell in love...sent some follow-up questions, deposit ready- no response, at all. No one even bothered to check in to ask how it went or what we thought. We literally self toured the home, locked up, left and nothing. Glad I read the reviews. *Our tour was on Tuesday, the 17th at 4:30 on Iroquois.
Absolutely horrible company to work with. Immediately regret moving into one of their properties in Clinton Twp. Michelle is rude and lies. Started off with pricing discrepancies because they list different amounts on different sites. When viewing the place there was dead flies, bugs and cobwebs everywhere. Nothing had been cleaned from previous tenants. Hair everywhere, old food stains in kitchen, toothpaste stains covering the bathroom the list goes on. Do not rent from these people unless you can afford a really good attorney. Grateful we could and were able to break our lease early. Such a horrible experience after happily renting for 8 years from other land lords/companies we bought a house to ensure we never had to deal with people like this again.
I always appreciate the professionalism from Amie and her team. If your goal is to sleep well at night as a real estate investor and know your asset will be well taken care of, then I highly recommend Millennium Realty.
Went to look at a property in Pontiac off summit st. And was immediately sketched out. Not sure if this company is mostly scamming or what. There was no lockbox like the email was saying just a key lock on the door. Strange dog outside and stranger people.
