I moved into the property during covid so my options were limited during this time. I should've known better when on the day of my move in the grass wasn't even cut. And I literally saw the inside of the house the day of move-in but here I am without any other options. And since I liked the neighborhood and the hardwood flooring I figured I could make it work. I have rented from Millenium for 2 years now. Anytime I call, everyone is so very respectful and kind. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. As long as I rent, I will stay with Millenium. Best experience ever!
This company discriminates and doesn't follow the rules of Equal Housing. They take your money and make you jump through hoops instead of following the proper guidelines. I have reported them because of this behavior.
Just like the reviews says worse company to apply for collects alot of application fees wait until they get so many then make you wait days before they approve or deny you I'm actually glad they denied me cause after reading reviews and only 2.8 star something should have told me not to go with them
