This company discriminates and doesn't follow the rules of Equal Housing. They take your money and make you jump through hoops instead of following the proper guidelines. I have reported them because of this behavior.
Just like the reviews says worse company to apply for collects alot of application fees wait until they get so many then make you wait days before they approve or deny you I'm actually glad they denied me cause after reading reviews and only 2.8 star something should have told me not to go with them
Viewed a property and fell in love...sent some follow-up questions, deposit ready- no response, at all. No one even bothered to check in to ask how it went or what we thought. We literally self toured the home, locked up, left and nothing. Glad I read the reviews. *Our tour was on Tuesday, the 17th at 4:30 on Iroquois.
Absolutely horrible company to work with. Immediately regret moving into one of their properties in Clinton Twp. Michelle is rude and lies. Started off with pricing discrepancies because they list different amounts on different sites. When viewing the place there was dead flies, bugs and cobwebs everywhere. Nothing had been cleaned from previous tenants. Hair everywhere, old food stains in kitchen, toothpaste stains covering the bathroom the list goes on.
