Cypress office has gone downhill! Have to travel 25 miles for a CT scan! Dr. P is an alarmist and pushes surgery and toxic chemo even when there's no symptoms! No accountability for rudeness at the FRONT DESK! I moved to Memorial Hermann physician (Katy) after 3 years with Millennium. Memorial Hermann sends surveys about your care!

I had a terrible experience at this doctor’s office. The front desk staff was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. When I asked to have my bill sent to me so I could pay at a later date, they loudly refused and insisted that I had to pay immediately. Mine you I wasn’t told anything until after the visit. Their tone was belittling and embarrassing, and they spoke loudly enough for the entire office to hear, making an already stressful medical visit even worse. No patient should be treated this way. I saw Dr Yen today and he was great! Thorough with his explanation and shared recent research on my issue as well. Front desk team was nice too. Only issue was that the appointment didn't start on time, started 30+ mins late so make sure your schedule is flexible when you go in for a visit.

Dr. Charles Yen is wonderful. I took my husband to Dr. Charles Yen for a second opinion. Dr. Charles Yen took the time to view my husband's scan. He sat there and explained everything in detail. There was no other options for my husband's cure, but I was grateful how understanding his was. We were never given that from Texas Oncology.
