For the past two weeks, i have an issue about my referral letters to the ID doctor. My Provider alreasy sent out the referral letter to the MH referral department(which they received) but the Infectious disease dept unfortunately claiming they have mot received the letter when infact there's a note that they got the letter alreasy.
