The lady Whitney said, the office manager said they don't take medicaid community health star. It's on the website, that they do. So I am confused, to why would they put it on the website.
Very helpful and caring
Went to New Caney office on Friday, had to reschedule after changing PCP. New appointment at the Kingwood office. Took off work and drive 1 hour for the visit to only be told that they didn't take our insurance, something they could have called about. I am disappointed and find the office and clerical staff unprofessional and highly in question about their integrity. Know before you go 5 stars for this organization is suspect.
Working in the Medical field myself, I know what the struggles are trying to keep a private practice staffed and manage all points of the endless requirements imposed by the numerous regulatory agencies and government. I called to set up an appt and got a live, helpful, patient person on the phone. That alone is worth 5 stars these days. Will review again once I have attended my upcoming appt.
This is the best doctor in town Maria Burdayiz. She has the best staff there is they always get back with you they never leave you hanging and they give you the warm and fuzzy when you're in the office for light-hearted like to joke around and they're always there to help you no matter what.
