I had the same experience the "S W" user experienced. The reason I signed up for Millennium Group, specifically for the Wesley Chapel Office, was because Dr. Chambers' reputation. For the last couple of years, they kept assigning me to the ARPN for the annual physical. The only time I did get to see Dr. Chambers was the 6 months follow up. Wish I could not even give 1 star because they don’t deserve any stars. Was told to come 30 min before even though I completed all the paperwork online. Did not get taken back to a room until 45 min later. Then waiting in the room for the nurse practitioner CeCe Ford to come in for another 30 min. I read my after visit summary and half the things she put on there that we discussed we never talked about. My experience started off positively, and I was a patient for over two years. I initially saw Dr. Chambers once, at which point I was informed by the staff that she primarily handles physicals. Since I had visited for a sick appointment, I saw one of the frequently changing ARPNs instead. Both my husband and I had first time appointments here on Friday and had a great experience from start to finish. The ladies at the front desk were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Joanna, the assistant who took our vitals and got us settled in, was so kind and personable. We both saw Beverly Ciampa and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Called my doctors office today because I’ve been sick for over a week. They offered a virtual appointment…. I’ve spent over 25 years as a medical professional and have never felt more disappointed in the healthcare system as I do now. How are you going to listen to my lungs and take my vitals through a computer screen??? How are you going to feel my lymph nodes or check for fluid retention? How are you going to check my oxygen levels???? Shame on cooperated healthcare for taking the care out of the profession!!!!!
