This may be long but so has my chronic illness of MS. Over 20 yrs in and out of several medical offices and specialists. I did everything humanly possible to avoid them after so many disappointing visits. I never felt seen or heard by any of them. I went there this week after Being diagnosed with a torn rotator cuff at an urgent care. Unfortunately, I have an HMO and I cannot get into my orthopedic doctor without a referral from my primary care who cannot see me for a month. When I called my primary care, I was told to go to this walk-in clinic and that they could give me the referral that I needed. After self diagnosing myself for two weeks with a cold and sinus congestion I woke up this morning coughing with a very scary tight chest. I thought I had self diagnosed myself into pneumonia. I went to this walk in clinic and expressed my fear of pneumonia. I was greeted kindly and with concern during my front office check in. I used the iPad check in which was clear and concise. Very disorganized office. Appointments are getting canceled without notification, staff doesn’t care about the patient.
