Very pleasant, professional, lovely atmosphere!
Radiology is suppose to open at 7 nobody shows until 710 just to inform me that Xray doesn't open until 8 no signage anywhere to say that! Very unprofessional with a who cares attitude Im very disappointed my time is at premium.
I was a walk in and was met by Cindi who was very pleasant and did my blood draw. I'm a big baby when it comes to blood draws. Cindy did a wonderful job...in fact the best I've ever had! Leah at the front desk checked my insurance info and I was also very pleasant. My experience at this Lab was great. I highly recommend!
Lab services are severely unstaffed. Moved to new location on Center Street. 17 people waiting for lab work. Have a 1:15appt and they are just taking 12:30 appts at 1:28pm. I thought it was bad at the old location, but this is worse!!
Their phlebotomists are very talented...unlike many others that have to poke you several times.
