Clean place, good parking, in the same shopping center as Publix, next to PetSense. The nurse was very professional and clearly an expert with the needle. I went here for blood tests, showed up early and was taken within a couple of minutes. Was in and out in under 10 minutes.
I had an appointment for a blood draw and decided to go 30 minutes earlier. I was told by the staff to come back later. BTW, the place was empty!!! I will never go back.
Walked I to the new location. No one in lobby but two workers. Said they don’t do walk ins. Mind you the two workers were sitting there doing nothing. Said they cant do walk ins because they are too busy and there are only two of them. Said first appointment they could do was tomorrow, yet online says 2:30 today…. Getting tired of people who don’t want to do their jobs….
Exceptional service been with them for years could not ask for a better group doctor.
