Extremely happy with my mother’s first time appointment. Greeted by the friendly receptionist (did not get her name) and worked up by MA Samantha S, and my mother saw provider Tanisha Cabret APRN. Waited in the waiting room for probably 5 minutes if that! Samantha was very friendly and professional. Tanisha was very thorough and understanding of my mother’s medical conditions. She answered every single question and handled every concern my mother went in for. Thank you very much Millenium Physicians!
I am pretty angry right now so probably shouldn't be writing a review but it involves my mom so. There evidently is no sense of urgency, one prescription closed, no apparent reason, second prescription pharmacy couldn't read signature, also no quantity. After numerous pharmacy calls and me calling the doctor's office and going to the pharmacy I had to drive up to the doctor's office, unfortunately raise my voice and still making excuses they couldn't do anything cause the provider was in clinic, wtf? I moved to this location to be closer to home. I am so thankful I did. Great staff, great people, very caring. Jacqueline Poletes really cares. I remember the first time I saw her and she had a concern she saw. She called me at 6 PM that night just to confirm that it wasn’t something That needed to be addressed immediately. Every time I call, they find a way to help me.
I love this place. Everyone is super nice. Renee Floresta is great. And I love Rosemary. She answered my questions and concerns.
Came for annual preventative care appointment and blood work. Medical office did not invoice my insurance properly as preventative care, which my insurance, UHC confirmed. Will not come back to this office given the incorrect billing and anxiety now caused having to get these bills corrected. Doctor seemed nice though and is unlikely aware of the functions of their back office.
