Dr Patel is extremely condescending and disrespectful. I had asked her to please do extensive testing for multiple issues I’ve been dealing with and she kept saying I can’t order that or I don’t think insurance will cover it. Then proceeds to ask me “are you sure all your symptoms aren’t stemmed from anxiety? Mind you this is the second time I’m seeing this Dr and she’s never ordered any testing for any of my issues. A joke of a doctors office they can’t do anything right.
Dr Frankel and his staff are great! Kind and empathetic, efficient but I don't feel rushed. They are clearly committed to giving the best care possible. They are responsive to messages and get back quickly. They do their best to get you seen as quickly as possible if you are ill. I like the 24/7 nurse line for patients so I can help decide whether to see/contact the PCP, go to the urgent care, or ER and get advice right away. I'm very happy here and I've sent several of my friends to Dr Frankel as well.
