While the services provided here are important and appreciated, the level of professionalism demonstrated by those responsible for scheduling appointments and assisting patients at the front desk has been disappointing. My wife initially scheduled an appointment and received verbal confirmation of the date and time she requested. However, when we received the appointment paperwork, it showed a completely different date, requiring us to call back and have it rescheduled to the original date we had requested.
