Do NOT go here if you’re expecting results in a timely manner. I decided to take the hour drive from fort myers in order to get an earlier appointment than the millennium group closer to me had. Well three weeks later I’m still waiting on results. I was promised on 3/18 my results would be available on 3/19 and it’s currently the 30th. I’ve called a total of three times to ask for my results but to no avail. So do with this information what you will but I WILL NOT be trusting them with my healthcare after this experience.
I drive almost an hour to Punta Gorda to see Consuela Ranninger. Love Connie. She is very professional & takes time to talk w you. I never feel rushed. I also like Joann. Always pleasant & caring and takes time to call you back. However, the front office staff (Callie) has made me think about changing offices. She is rude & unprofessional.
